Shipping times vary depending on the product and your location. Typically, lead times for standard orders are 2-4 weeks. Custom orders and larger structures may take longer. Please refer to individual product pages for details.

We do not provide installation services yet. However, our outdoor structures come with clear assembly instructions and should be easy for any experienced contractor or a small group of DIY enthusiast to put together.

We accept cancellation of items before they ship completely free of charge. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can refund you in full before your order leaves the warehouse.
